Option 1: WEDDING DAY COORDINATOR PACKAGE: $FJD600 +VAT

The Wedding Day Package suits those of you who have already made the majority of your wedding plans and would like to have someone Fiji based to follow up "on the ground" and tidy up any loose ends in the immediate lead up to and on your big day.

Package includes:

1 Month Prior

  • Initial consultation for hand over of arrangements to date
  • Contracts follow up begins
2 Weeks Prior
  • Update couple & check for any last minute issues
  • Follow up and coordination of all suppliers
  • Ceremony venue
  • Reception venue
  • Venue Decorations
  • Catering
  • Entertainment
  • Transportation for bridal party
1 Week Prior
  • Final update with couple
  • Final follow up and coordination with suppliers & venue 1 Day Prior

Option 2 : FULL WEDDING PACKAGE: 20% of Total Dollars Spent

Have you ever dreamed of being able to step back and have a relaxed and stress free wedding in the beautiful Fiji Islands?

Your Sports & Events Management wedding planner will source all quotes for you and liaise with suppliers on your behalf leaving you with the final say.

Your wedding planner will also be in attendance at the ceremony and reception to ensure the smooth running of the day.

Package includes:

  • Initial consultation to determine the style and size of the wedding.
  • Provision of a budget based on your requirements.
  • Assistance with selecting suppliers and venues based on your needs.
  • The wedding coordinator will be the contact for all suppliers and venues.
  • Coordination of all aspects of the wedding that you have indicated.
  • Your wedding coordinator will be available to attend and assist with all wedding related celebrations and functions as required. (Bridal showers, kitchen teas, rehearsal and of course the day of your wedding.)
