WHAT WE DO

EVENT HIRE
Over the years we have amassed a huge range of beautiful decor items, custom made props and furniture for our events. These items are now available for hire. Hiring Furniture and décor is the perfect way to add style to your celebration.

EVENT STYLING
If you would rather have our team decorate for you, our styling services include the transportation of staff and equipment to setup & breakdown all hired items for your celebration.

EVENT MANAGEMENT
Our Event Management services are provided by our Award Winning Managing Director Kim Beddoes who has over 18 years of experience in the field. With Event Management services, you can sit back and relax while we arrange everything required to make your event a reality, from transportation, accommodation, catering and entertainment to sound, lighting, photography and more.

HISTORY

 "With a handful of tables and chairs Party & Events Fiji, originally Party & Events Hire began as a small operation from home in Nadi.

Great word of mouth and recommendations from our customers helped grow the business and in June of 2011 we moved into our first warehouse in Nadi and began full time operations. In 2014 we expanded to Fiji's capital Suva opening an office & warehouse to service our clients in Nausori, Suva, Pacific Harbour and Vanua Levu.  

From the original services of event equipment hire we extended our Event services to include Event Styling and Event Management. Our reputation for reliability of service, creativity with our event styling and precision and timely delivery with the events saw our team manage and style some of the biggest and most prestigious events in Fiji across various industries for the last several years.

Tourism's most prestigious annual events, the Fiji Excellence in Tourism Awards and Fiji Tourism Expo both have been styled by our team as well as event managed by our Award Winning Managing Director Kim Beddoes. Party & Events is also the preferred supplier for many of Fiji's largest corporates and  Fiji's five star resorts throughout the Fiji Islands.

Party & Events Fiji officially partnered with local inbound operators Pacific Destinations to provide themed event styling for their international incentive groups to Fiji.  In 2019 the largest incentive group to the Fiji Islands for the year, managed by Pacific Destinations, saw 800 guests enjoy 4 days and nights of back to back themed events and functions all styled & event equipment supplied by Party & Events Fiji.

From humble beginnings the company has grown to become the largest dedicated Events specialist company in Fiji.
